What it is |
|
The EnviroPro is an Australian designed and manufactured, multi-level capacitance soil moisture probe. It reports soil moisture and soil temperature from sensors installed at 10cm increments along its length. |

Flexible Configuration |
|
The probes are available in the following configurations:40cm 4 sensor, 80cm 8 sensor, 120cm 12 sensor, 160cm 12 sensor. |

Form Factor |
|
The EnviroPro probes are built around a 38mm diameter PVC tube, which makes for a faster installation process (and easy removal). |

|
Data Logging |
|
The EnviroPro’s SDI-12 interface allows the probes to be connected to any SDI-12 compatible logging device. Each sensor element returns Soil Moisture (%) and soil temperature (degrees C). |

|
Calibration |
|
The EnviroPro sensors are calibrated in a standard sand medium. Soil specific calibrations can not be applied at the probe level and must be applied in post processing. |

|
Maintenance Free Sub Surface |
|
The sub-surface EnviroPro probes are fully sealed and the internal electronics potted to protect against moisture ingress. They require no ongoing maintenance and can be buried below the soil surface. This makes them ideal for broadacre farming and for turf and pasture. |
